CHRISMAS AT NAVOTAS

It has been a yearly practice to celebrate the Christmas day at Navotas, my home town. Relatives from different places took a trip at my grandparent’s house to see everyone in the family particularly the long lost ones. During this season, we normally do the traditional exchanging of gifts among cousins or what they called as the “gifts of younger generation”.
It was an unending - greetings, unwrapping of presents, conversations and eating. My kids seem never got tired of playing the whole day. I can still imagine the excitement on their faces for every interesting toys that they have received.
